Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, etc.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damage.
